With an online course, you’ll have 24/7 access to online training products, and are always in control of how, where and when you train. This price includes a code to take the Servsafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which can be taken at our office (click here for testing details). Please note that while the course is online, the exam must be taken in-person with a proctor.

The ServSafe Manager Online Course is ideal for individuals who wish to prepare to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam.

This interactive course has been designed using the latest techniques in learning theory, to deliver current food safety information, in a fun and easy-to-use format. The course covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. A proctored exam is included at the end of the course.

All purchases of the ServSafe Manager Online Course are final. Once you begin the course, you will have 90 days to complete it, at which time the course will be deactivated.

Once you have completed the course and feel prepared, you must bring your Exam code to an in-person proctor in order to take the exam. Tests can be taken at ORS Interactive at your convenience during testing hours — please click here for further information about testing.
